Notice: In 2026 only, Thursday consultations will end at 16:00.
Closed: 2nd, 4th, and 5th Sundays, and national holidays.
Appointments
- 1Book online via our website or LINE. Phone reservations are not available.
- 2Complete the online medical questionnaire before your visit.
- 3Upon arrival, check in at the self-registration kiosk. Please have your insurance card (or My Number Card) ready.
- 4Self-navigation: Please follow the in-clinic guidance for blood pressure measurement and other steps.
- 5After your consultation, please use the self-payment kiosk to complete your payment.

Insurance
- We accept Japanese public health insurance (Kokumin Kenko Hoken / Shakai Hoken). Please bring your insurance card or My Number Card (My-na Hoken).
Self-pay
- Services not covered by Japanese public health insurance are available on a self-pay basis. Please ask our staff for details.
Online Consultation
We also offer online consultations for eligible patients. A camera-enabled device and credit card are required. Please contact us via LINE for details.
