At URU CLINIC,  our specialty is diabetes, thyroid and endocriology. Our mission is to provide high-quality healthcare services in a comfortable, smooth check in/out and welcoming environment. Monday-Saturday:  8:30-12:00 AM/13:30-16:45 PM
Sunday: 8:30 AM-12:30 AM

National holiday: Closed

Appointments:

1. Scheduling: To make an appointment, please use our online appointment system on our website. Sorry that we're unable to take reservations over the phone. 

2. Before arrival: Please be sure to complete the online medical questionnaire before coming to the clinic.

Registration:

1. First visit: Please bring a valid ID, insurance information, and any relevant medical records.

2. Re-visit: Update any changes in your personal information or insurance coverage at the front desk.

Payment:

1. Insurance: We accept most insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card, and co-payments are due at the time of service.

2. Self-Pay: If you are self-paying, full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, QR code and IC cards.

Clinic Etiquette:

1. Respect: Please be respectful to our staff and fellow patients.

2. Cell Phones: Kindly set your phone to silent mode in waiting areas and examination rooms.
